Can't play call recording in AC contact channel record

Can't play recording in AC contact channel record after making a call.

The version of CTI adapter we installed above in Salesforce is 5.19 while the lambda package version in AWS is 5.18. Since both installations are done automatically, we can't select particular version to install. Meanwhile, i notice one advice from this article is best to keep same version between CTI adapter and Lambda Package. I'm wondering if it has something to do with this playback not working issue. Another weird thing is the Recording and Transcript board disappeared all of a sudden and never come out again. Have no idea what happened

Any updates on this? I'm seeing similar issues on my end
