Our internal system at Try.com was built to be as beautiful and easy to use as a high-end consumer app. The workflow tool made use of a rule-based system to push orders through their correct flow depending on their state. I made extensive use of Figma's component system to design each and every possible state in each workflow.

Integration Monitoring Dashboard

We built an automated fault detection dashboard to keep track of uptime and to give customer support reps easy access to the corresponding JIRA tasks to give customers clearer ETAs on recovery. This is an example of a single retailer integration which spans Mobile Scraper, Desktop Scraper, Shipping Email, Tracking Email, Refund Email ingestion and processing.
