Laggy movements in streetscape for XVIZ converted from ROS

Hi everybody,
I have a problem that I don't know if it is an issue or my mistake. I converted a rosbag file to xviz, that is structured the same as the Kitti rosbag given in the example. It has same Imu and nav messages but with different data and differently sampled.
The main difference between the two is that the KiTTi one is smooth while mine it is laggy. The question is, the problem is with my data (time difference between nav messages too big) or can be some sort of issue or I am missing some steps (interpolation or other XVIZ commands) in the conversion?
