quick start - http://localhost:8080/ can't open

I run the ./scripts/run-kitti-example.sh to convert KITTI data success and show XVIZ Server started.But then nothing happened, I try to open http://localhost:8080/ in Chrome, but show connect failed.
Node:

Then what I can do next? I can't open http://localhost:8080/. Chrome show ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED
