The idea I cannot shake is why is there not a free building automation system (BAS) server in the modern times of FreeRTOS, HomeAssistant, Linux, Blender, Unity, Roblox, Apache, and the explosion of free and open sourced Home Automation industries?.... AND also explore ontologies of the future for the smart building industry meta data.
