Sync revised fields of CIViC EIDs that were previously loaded

CIViC EIDs (Accepted or Submitted) can undergo revisions, including to fields that are critical and can change the meaning of the evidence. We will want the CIViC loader to look for changes in EIDs that have already been loaded in graphKB in order to apply those changes to the statement.

This should be applied to most EID fields, including: MP, Disease, Therapy, Type, Direction, Significance, Level, Source, Rating, Statement (optional), Variant origin (optional).
