An question about the package controller_manager

Thanks for your very cool project!
I am a beginner in bipedal robot control , and decide to use your project as a guidance for the clearity.
When I go through the code and try to learn about something, I face a problem that in "one_start.launch", I can't find the package "controller_manager", which may be the most important part for controll(i guess!!). So, I want to know where is the direction.
If it is the external library, could you please give me the link? If it is in the project, would you mind showing me more clear? Maybe it is secret, there is no mind to inform me that.
