Oncotree records missing appropriate properties

There are some records in the oncotree source table which were recently added but did not get appropriate color or mainType attributes set. Maintype should be determinable for the secondary or tertiary interior nodes (although it may not be determinable for primary)

• One is Ependymomal Tumor (EPMT), which has no color or mainType
• Bone (BONE) has mainType but no color
• Bowel (BOWEL) has no color
• CNS/Brain (BRAIN) has no color : suggest Gray, although there is one LightSkyBlue color here
• Eye (EYE) has no color
• Liver (LIVER) has no color
• Peritoneum (PERITONEUM) has no color
