Describe the bug
Tk gem does not compile correctly on macOS Mojave.
OS and Version
macOS 10.14 and BaitsTools 1.3.1
Additional context
Previously compiled tk gems will launch, but text is missing from buttons.

Resolved by installing ActiveTcl 8.5. Added instructions to Readme.
