A Python implementation of Relions gentle clean method.
Beware: some job types have not been tested (because they are not used here). Bug reports welcome :D
Usage:
jobs = readRelionProjectJobs(location)
for job in jobs:
for f in cleanRelionJobFiles(location, job):
