abelCloud does not show the corresponding bounding box after setting the path to the label

Hi, thanks for your amazing work, I recently found that under ubuntu18 labelCloud does not show the corresponding bounding box after setting the path to the label, is this because the system version is too old?

I think the Ubuntu version should not matter here.
Can you please provide logs?
