Can you try running the following after installing cellxgene?
pip install Werkzeug==2.2.2
It should resolve your dependency issue.

Hi @woaichitudou123 could you try launching the CELLxGENE explorer with a dataset downloaded from here? Or any other anndata object that has been formatted to be compatible with CELLxGENE?
I believe you may be having some network issues.
