creating output dir

Hello,

Thanks for the great work on RATTLE.

I have a question/suggestion regarding output directory.

When running rattle cluster and specifying -o output_dir if the directory output_dir does not exist, rattle runs to the very end but there is no output file.

It would be nice to rise a warning that the directory does not exist or even creating it if it does not exist.

I guess this was not solved yet, as it is not happening and the run is completed with no comments or output.
