error during rattle correct

Hi there!

I am using RATTLE to cluster ONT reads in fasta file. I would like to extract consensus sequences for each cluster but I am having issues in correction step probably due to input file in fasta format. I was wondering how I can solve this problem.

Sorry for the late reply. We provide a RATTLE update. And it supports fasta format input file in correction step now.
