comprna/RATTLE

No options to convert

It looks like either there is an issue with RATTLE or I have installed it incorrectly/have the wrong compilers or something. I installed RATTLE following the instructions on an Ubuntu 20.04.5 AWS EC2 instance and am receiving the following error. This occurs regardless of what input file I use, including ones that worked in the past. I tried deleting and reinstalling RATTLE as well and ended up with the same error:

$ rattle cluster --input input.fastq.gz --threads 10 --iso
terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::out_of_range'
what(): no option arguments to convert
Aborted (core dumped)

I also tried it without the threads and iso options.

Hi Flint,

Besides this error message, can you provide more RATTLE output messages? This can help us identify which step went wrong.

Thanks,
Eileen

Unfortunately, this is the entire error message. I'm happy to provide any specific information you'd like me to though.

Hi,

We update the code and resolve this issue. You can download and reinstall the latest version.

Please let me know if the problem still exists.

Thanks,
Eileen
