README needs to mention about installation of scanreader, sbxreader, suite2p.

workflow-calcium-imaging/requirements.txt now contains the following:
sbxreader @ git+https://github.com/datajoint-company/sbxreader
scanreader @ git+https://github.com/atlab/scanreader.git
suite2p @ git+https://github.com/datajoint-company/suite2p.git
