Hufnagel
Three cell line types:
- iPSC derived from patient fibroblast
- GFP+ RPE (believed to be functional RPE)
- RFP+ RPE (unclear what kind of RPE this is)
Outputs:
- MACS2 peak calling
- msCentipede identification of TFBS of select TF
- Downsampled bams converted to bigWig for UCSC
- MACS2 peaks converted to bigBed to UCSC
- Deeptools coverage across MACS2 peaks
- FASTQC of bams
- Reads per sample
