Start integrating and testing Seqan3 instead of Kseq and Seqan for parsing nt and aa sequences alongside other data formats like BAM #9 .

I will close this issue until we decide later regarding this integration.
Why we will not integrate it now? Because kseq is enough for reading sequences and we don't need now to read other formats like BAM.
