hi,
I am currently testing MSIsensor, and confused on a parameter in msisensor scan or msi, homopolymer size. anyone can give me some tips?

Homopolymer runs are where you have the same nucleotide appear consecutively, some number of times. These parameters allow you to select how large the homopolymer run should be for it to be included in your analysis.
