Error tokenizing JSON response from version request

Hi
I have been trying to use aptasuite for my data for a few days now with little success
attached you have the log file of my experiment and I have noticed that I get the error in the title when opening the software.
Could this be the reason why my "Experiment Overview window is empty, just like any other (with no options to chose from for any of the parameter), why my "Aptamer Pool" window is hanging and AptaCLUSTER does not run (meaning never completes the job and gets stuck at retrieving data for cycle) even when adding manually all the required parameters in the configuration file (attached pictures)
?
If so what can I do to fix it?
