CSV export file extension

Exporting tables of diseases or genes using the CSV export button downloads a file with a .xls extension. Can the extension be changed to .csv?
To reproduce:
- load http://compbio.charite.de/hpoweb/showterm?id=HP:0000707
- select Diseases tab
- click "Export to CSV"

should be better now. filename is also improved
