Broken inputs_expl.md link in docs/usage.md

There is a small typo in usage.md wiki, below the file specification overview there is a link to docs/inputs_expl.md which leads to docs/docs/inputs_expl.md which does not exist.
Therefore the link should be
... the section about [input files](inputs_expl.md) for more details ...
not
... the section about [input files](docs/inputs_expl.md) for more details ...
(did not find it necessary do to a pull request for this)
