Rework build system using cmake

The fawkes buildsys of bare Makefiles grew to become quite complicated and hard to maintain. It is also quite slow through the decentralized dependency checks on a plugin basis. It might be worth rewriting the build system utilizing enhanced tools such as cmake.

This issue is opened as a result of the discussion about the fawkes framework and possible improvements lead by @morxa, who also brought attention to it.
