speed of enter is at 30 m/s?

V_ENTER = 30 # enter speed for departing vehicles

It's linked with departspeed, which seems to be defined in m/s, the enter speed at 30 m/s is too fast.
Unless it's defined in km/h, however I didn't find proper definition linking to that.

I also was curious for that point, following all the declarations up to SUMO, it seems to pass unmodified. The documentation says is taken as m/s so yeah.. it's a lot if this is right.
