I prefer the Xeus-Python JupyterLite demo as you can pre-install packages, see xeus-python + JupyterLite demo. I have a repo for that here and you can run from fomightez.github.io/jupyterlite-xeus-demo.

My deployment of the JupyterLite Demo with Pyodide kernel (Probably want Xeus-Python kernel these days though!!)
