installation via bioconda broken

Hi,
following the readme, I am trying to install nanomonsv v0.7.0 via bioconda, but the dependencies cannot be resolved due to incompatible versions of Perl:
So, looks like RepeatMasker can only use Perl v5.26.2, but the Perl version further down must be <5.23.0.
If there is a package combination in conda-forge and bioconda that is working for you, could you please simply add a conda environment YAML to the repo that specifies a solvable environment? Thanks!
