All snapshot releases have a githash

@tfenne it looks like the 41eae10 commit now only pushes up the snapshot release with the git hash, not the one without.: https://oss.sonatype.org/content/repositories/snapshots/com/fulcrumgenomics/commons_2.12/

I was thinking I would like both to be pushed up, but I don't know how to get both at the moment. Thoughts? Should we revert?

Hrm. I'm torn. While it would certainly be nice to have both, perhaps we should try for a little while with the hashed versions only and see if we can work with that? If it's really painful then obviously not. But if it's manageable it might be better.
