installation looking for wheel

On both MacOS and Windows 64 bit machines I ran into issues trying to install. Just a heads up that i uninstaleld cblaster, then after i installed/updated anaconda, scipy, numpy and specifically upgraded pip the installation then worked for me on the mac. Windows was asking for an updated Visual Studio C++ (version 14.0 or newer).
