Working with out-of-memory matrices

I was reading the vignette of this very interesting package. In the vignette, you say
"Also, we are currently working on modifying the software so that genotypes do not need to be stored in memory".
If you do want to use genotypes stored on disk, packages bigstatsr and bigsnpr (https://doi.org/10.1093/bioinformatics/bty185) might be able to help you with this.
I'm the author of those packages and I can help you and answer your questions if you want more information about those packages.
