The spellcheck CI step is hanging:
This makes a quick check of PR and other steps painful.
Go to GitHub Actions and investigate the situation, try to Find out whats happening, and mend it.

Old Spellcheck requirement remained in the branch requirements section, it was not in the yml setup files any more. This hanging CI step has been now mended.
