Add reconstruction based analysis

I need to perform a dimesionality reduction algorithm analysis of reconstruction costs. I will slowly increase the number of latent space features and observe how this relates to reconstruction cost for several algorithms.

This is much easier to do for PCA, ICA, and NMF. It will require a substantial refactoring of tybalt (see #74) and adage in order to facilitate these keras based models
