This is a cache of seqspecs being prepared for the reprocessing of the Y2AVE datasets for the IGVF project.
They’re being generated with igvf-seqspec-demo:build-y2ave-seqspec
But I thought it’d be good to have a repository that isn’t being overwritten each time I try debugging the notebook
