Existing behavior
It takes a while for the system to react to control input.
Desired behavior
The system reacts to control input immediately even if it involves overshoot, humans are impatient.

Done for practical purposes; see https://github.com/home-climate-control/dz/blob/dev/docs/configuration/zones.md#sensitivity for details. Default values may need tuning, configuration parser may become smarter later.
