Hi! Thanks for the amazing tool! I was wondering, is it possible for you to add an option --tar such as BUSCO has for compressing the hmmer output into a tarball? It would be easier to handle the output directory this way.

Thank you for the suggestion! Too many output files may cause IO problem. I will add the feature.
