Reintegrate Continuous Collision checking

In the near future, it would be nice to reintegrate the ContinuousCollisionChecker of the original FCL library, and following https://github.com/flexible-collision-library/fcl/blob/3f3d98a366799900be044852dd36aa54d1391239/include/fcl/narrowphase/continuous_collision.h.
Anyone willing to handle this task?
