I built the data visualization featuring the data-driven investigative story Racial gaps remain in gifted programs, AJC analysis finds. By using risk ratio, the interactive shows that the percentage of minority students in the gifted and talented classrooms proportionally lagged behind the share of white students in Metro Atlanta school districts from 2010 to 2013.

I built the data visualization featuring the investigative story Fewer black Georgians sent to prison. By showing the data of prison population and drug cases in the past 13 years, the interactive tells the story of the historic change in Georgia that has packed its prisons with disproportionate numbers of black offenders.
