Palette control based on map type

Currently, when a user loads a map of a specific type, corresponding section of the Palette is opened automatically. The same feature can be added when changing the map type in Map options. According to the selection of the map type, the corresponding sections of the Palette will be opened automatically. For example, if user changes the map type to PD+AF, PD and AF sections of the Palette will be opened while the SIF section is closed.
