Validate Map feature does not work in daily build.

Map Validation in Newt is not working properly. Normally, if the map is not in SBGNML format, SBGNML related errors and their potential solutions should be listed. By manually applying the solutions, map can be done valid.

@ugurdogrusoz Map Validation was not working in SBML branch of this repository since there is duplication of validation function in Sbgnviz. Duplicated code was removed from Sbgnviz.js. Now, SBML branch works fine. Since daily build was using this branch, validation was not working. Now, it works fine and it uses unstable branch of Newt.
