customize a reference genome

Hi,
Recently, I tried the igv notebook for my personal reference genome based on the code is available here: https://github.com/igvteam/igv.js/wiki/Reference-Genome
It worked perfectly without any issue and I could add all annotations and tracks that I need. Since last week, I cannot add any reference (custom) genome and it doesn't return any view (with no error). It seems it cannot read/find the file(s)...

Can you help me for this?
