There have been quite a few changes that need to be reflected in the user documentation:
- some layers hidden per default: ilastik/ilastik#2596
- new solvers in debug mode: ilastik/ilastik#2571
- dt watershed reworked: ilastik/ilastik#2086
- no live multicut anymore: ilastik/ilastik#2467
- rf training is optional: ilastik/ilastik#2156
