Let SEPP beep with a buzzer in intervals during he is driving.
- A strategy when the buzzer should be active has to be elaborated
- A buzzer has to be connected to the actuator board
- Actuator board recipe has to be exteded to interact with the buzzer
- Perhaps ROS message has to be defined to activate buzzer
- Perhaps a ROS node has to be extended to send the ROS message
buzzer will be connected to following pins
- Signal to PIN 8
- Minus to ground
- Plus to 5V
