Overwrite the gene set in Mosaic from genepanel.

It fails to save when overwriting a gene set. Even if the gene set is deleted from Mosaic, you cannot save it with the same name.

I am able to save a gene set with the same name, and it creates a duplicate entry but does not fail.
Also, I deleted the set that was saved and tried to save with the same name. It worked fine.
So, this issue seems to be resolved. Closing it.
