Generating JSON deserialization code

This is necessary whenever lib/json_data/types.dart, assets/CSRD.json, or any *.db.dart file is changed.

dart run build_runner build

(NOTE: This binary hasn't been working lately. It seems like Dart has a bad time when it encounters Flutter code, which used to be a problem, then wasn't for a while, and now is again. Maybe moving this into an integration test would help? Needs more research.)
