Thank you for updating TBProfiler. I have been trying out version 6.0.0 and it appears that there is no information for the sections on the QC failed variants report, Missing positions report and analysis pipeline specifications

Thank you for updating TBProfiler to v6.1, v6.2 and include this information in the report. I am closing this issue.
