Collapse factors in the H5AD reader to string arrays

Make life easier for everyone, see error in jkanche/kana#116.

Performance impact should be negligible, this stuff isn't big, and maybe the JS engine optimizes out duplicate strings anyway.

Converting arrays to factors before transfer should be the responsibility of kana rather than bakana, we don't use factor info.
