The naaccr-dictionary-180.xml doesn't include item 1500. It was retired in 2013. But our cancer cases go back to the 1950s, so we may want these data.

Making i2b2 facts for item 1500 from a v12 file could work if tumor_item_type.csv were expanded to include a type for it.
But given that KUMC's extracts are now in v18, these retired items just aren't there.
