Rbasics is a general introduction to R for bioinformaticians familiar with programming/scripting.
Material if mean to be used for a 2-4 hours lectures where delegates are encouraged
to try/test some of the code by themselves.
This material is used as R introductory material for the yearly Computational Statistics for Genome Biology (CSAMA) workshop. It has been used in 2012, 2013 and 2014. The respective slides are also available on the relevant Bioconductor page.
