MKS Robin nano board not connecting

Hi there,
We are using MKS robin nano v3.1 with TS35 TFT display since a while facing issue with the connectivity.
Trying to connect the printer to laptop, system unable to recognize the USB port.
We've tried using different cable, also connected to different ports and even tried to connect to other PC's also, but couldn't figure out the issue.
I've also tried installing CH41 USB setup driver.
Still unable to connect the printer and same issue occurred.
I need to connect the printer to Laptop. Requesting if anyone Could provide support in resolving the issue.
