says:
"Verkko will be installed in verkko-v1.4/bin. You can move the contents to verkko-v1.4/bin/* and verko-v1.4/lib/* to a central location if you would like. If GraphAligner, MBG, Winnowmap or mashmap are not available in your path, you may also symlink them under verkko/lib/verkko/bin/"

"Winnowmap" should be replaced by "winnowmap". Interestingly other pages such as https://github.com/marbl/verkko/blob/master/README.md
has it correct.

Ah, yes, the tension between command line names ('winnowmap') and proper nouns ('Winnowmap'). Based on https://github.com/marbl/Winnowmap, "Winnowmap" is the preferred form and so the README.md is wrong. Hopefully we'll fix it next time we muck around in there.

The readme is fixed now and I've updated the release notes for the next release to correct mashmap to MashMap as well.
