RInstall on Homebrew

I am attempting to install vdjtools using homebrew, but it keeps failing at the "RInstall" step despite having the most recent version of r downloaded and linked. Could this be related to homebrew/science being deprecated? Is there maybe a dependency missing? Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

I got the issue too, when i run brew install vdjtools in unbuntu16. Could somebody help me?
